Für unsere Abteilung Qualitätskontrolle suchen wir ab 01.09.2026 eine

Stellvertretende Leitung Qualitätskontrolle (m/w/d) 60%

Was dich erwartet:

• Allgemeine technische Unterstützung von Laboranten bei Fragen und Troubleshooting

• Priorisierung der Aufträge in Absprache mit der Abteilung SCM

• Organisation der allgemeinen Laboraktivitäten

• Freigabe von Ausgangstoffen, Packmitteln und Bulks, sowie Marktfreigabe von Fertigprodukten Kosmetik

• Bearbeitung von Out of Specification Vorkommnissen

• Bei Bedarf anfallende Prüfungen im Labor durchführen

• Erstellung der Prüfdokumentation (Internationale Spezifikationen, Prüfanweisungen, LIMS -Prüfpläne, SOPs).

• Pflege von Geräte Methoden (z.B. Tiamo-Software)

• Bestellung von Labormaterial

Was du mitbringst:

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Bachelor) vorzugsweise mit analytischem Chemie Hintergrund (idealerweise mit GMP-/Pharma-Erfahrung) oder technische Fachkraft mit entsprechender Ausbildung und mehrjähriger Erfahrung im analytischen GMP-Umfeld

• Erfahrung in der fachlichen und organisatorischen Mitarbeiterführung

• Technische Erfahrung mit Analysen mittels Gas Chromatographie, Titrationen (Titrando, Karl-Fischer), IR-Spektroskopie, Dünnschichtchromatographie, Viskosität, diverse Fettkennzahlen

• Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft, Optimierungsorientierung, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office und idealerweise LIMS)

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
